As Chief Learning Officer, Katrina partners with organizations to design learning experiences that stick. She is the author of Learning That Lasts (ATD Press), a hands-on guide for trainers and instructional designers, and a sought-after speaker at conferences including ATD International, Training Magazine, IDTX, and Online Edu Berlin. Katrina also fosters connection and growth within the learning community through initiatives like Let’s Learn Together and the L&D Book Group.
