Areyla is a warm, dynamic leadership consultant, coach, and design strategist with over a decade of experience helping leaders and organizations grow with intention, creativity, and depth. She brings extensive expertise in executive coaching, experiential facilitation, and leadership development — with a particular gift for creating environments where people feel both challenged and seen.

As Senior Leadership Consultant at ThinkDev, Areyla works alongside clients to design and deliver programs that connect strategy to the human side of organizations. She believes the best leadership development changes how people show up in all areas of their work and life.

Areyla’s path to this work was anything but traditional. She spent 25 years as a professional actor, dancer, and performer, studying what it means to be human. That foundation — in presence, storytelling, and embodied communication — now informs everything she brings to a room. Prior to joining ThinkDev, she served as a Partner at Evolution, an executive coaching and culture development firm, where she worked with leaders and organizations across technology, government, nonprofit, and creative sectors. She also spent nearly a decade as a senior facilitator with Girls Leadership, delivering programs focused on confidence, voice, and communication to women and girls. She holds an ICF Professional Coach Certification (PCC) through New Ventures West and a B.A. in Theater Arts from UC Santa Cruz.

When she’s not facilitating or coaching, Areyla can be found taking her daughter to Mini Music class, frequenting boutique coffee shops around Sonoma County, pitching new weekend adventures to her husband, and co-creating VITAL — a Substack interview series exploring what makes women feel most alive.

She is overjoyed to weave all of her experience together to serve the ThinkDev clients and team.
