Eric Freedman brings over three decades of experience in leadership, team development, financial analysis, and strategic business operations. With a strong foundation in mentoring and consulting, he has guided numerous organizations in enhancing their operational efficiency, financial planning, and employee growth. As the CFO of ThinkDev, Eric is responsible for overseeing financial strategy, ensuring fiscal sustainability, and supporting informed decision-making as the organization grows.

Eric’s tenure has involved building high-performing teams, implementing strategic management practices, and fostering a culture of adaptability and critical thinking through multiple organizations including American River Ace Hardware, Sacramento Ace Retailer Marketing Group, and Live Oak School.

He holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from California State University, Sacramento, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, East Bay (Summa Cum Laude).
